## Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within **1–7 business days** of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Orders received before **13.00 (local time)** on a business day are eligible for same-day dispatch.

## Dispatch Cut-Off
To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed and payment confirmed before **13.00 (local time)**. Orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next business day.
## Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
## Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at **diverse.discounts@mail.com** with your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
